DELIVERY TERMS

The Shop operates Monday to Friday with an exception for Swedish public holidays.

Our shipping partners are DHL and UPS. An estimated delivery time is 5-10 days depending on your location. Please note that the delivery time is to be seen as guidelines, we disclaim all responsibility for any delays in delivery.

SALE

During our sale, the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.

When your order leaves our warehouse and is being handled by DHL, you will receive a notification by e-mail / SMS with your tracking number so that you can pick it up at the closest DHL service point.

ORDER TERMS

The prices in the shop are stated in Kr/SEK (Swedish crowns). Kindly observe that the currency exchange rates vary and we take no responsibility for the changes. We reserve all the rights for our products changes and variations. We also reserve the right for price changes caused by the change in price from the supplier, misprints in the price list as well as errors in prices depending on inaccurate information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

When you have completed an order, our system will automatically send the order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. The email contains all the information about your order, the billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is wrong in the order, you should contact us immediately via email hello@elceliving.com

You must be 18 years old or have parental consent in order.

VAT

For countries within the EU all prices include the Swedish 25% VAT. For other markets the VAT will be deducted in the checkout, unless stated otherwise. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and to prevent fraud.

CUSTOMS

ElceLiving does not take any responsibility for customs clearance. Additional costs may come due to the customs handling.

RETURN POLICY

SALE

Due to the nature of our closing the shop, all sales are final.

EXCHANGES

ElceLiving cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from our webshop.

REFUND

Due to the nature of our closing the shop, all sales are final.

COST OF UNCLAIMED RETURNING PRODUCTS

The orders that are returning to our warehouse due to the customer doesn’t pick them out at DHL / UPS Service point we debit the whole amount. We will not re-send the order.

INCORRECT CONTACT DETAILS

Kindly notice that in cases where the customer writes wrong shipping or contact details, resulting in returning goods, we debit the original shipping cost + 160 SEK fee (Sweden). For international customers, the fee is the original shipping costs + 250 SEK. In cases of the customer is filling in incorrect contact details, ElceLiving cannot administrate the re-sending or change of the delivery details after the package has been sent.

FAULTY GARMENTS

When we ship your items, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item please send us a picture where we can clearly see the defect and explain the fault. Send the picture attached in an e-mail to hello@elceliving.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect, within 14 days. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty. We can only handle faulty garments from orders that are purchased in our webshop.

If we agree to accept your claim we will send you a new product.

We do not guarantee that the images reflect the product’s exact appearance when a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, the photo quality and resolution. We reserve the rights to all variations in products

Force majeure
We take no responsibility for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond its current such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes in the products / product characteristics as amended by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for direct or indirect damage / loss that may arise for the customer.

The law requires visitors to a site in the integrity of purpose to get information about the use of cookies.

The Personal Data Act (PUL)

We do not store your customer data for other than full tracking of your order. We follow
Data Protection Act since it came into force in 1998. You can always request a correction, as well as excerpts
that we will remove your information from our records.
